If you have made a return, the refund will be made within ten working days from the date of delivery of the package to the courier.
When we receive your return in stock we will send you a confirmation email.
If you have paid the standard shipping costs and decide to return the order in full, they will be refunded to you.
Did you pay by credit card?
In this case, the refund will take place on the same card or on the associated current account. It may happen that the date of the refund, on your statement, coincides with the date of the purchase.

Have you paid with Paypal?
You will receive the amount for the returned items on the same Paypal account.

Have you made an advance payment by bank transfer?
The refund will be made on the same current account.

ACCOUNT HOLDER: Name of the current account holder or holders.

IBAN: You can find the IBAN code in the bank statement or request it directly from your bank. For Italy it is made up of 27 characters.

BIC / SWIFT: BIC / SWIFT is a code used in international payments to identify your Bank. It can consist of 8 or 11 alphanumeric characters.
With these 3 data we will have all the information necessary to make the refund to your current account. If any of these details are incorrect, the refund may fail.

When preparing the package for return, remove all previous labels.
Remember to always take a photo of the label you attach on your return or write down the tracking code and keep it until the refund has been made.
Also remember to keep the invoice that you find inside the package.

In case you need to receive an invoice, please contact our customer service using one of the contact methods found at the bottom of this page.
Remember that the data for issuing the invoice must coincide with those entered in the billing address.
Be careful to enter the VAT number under “additional information”, before completing the order in addition to the unique code.

At the moment it is not possible the “Payment on delivery”, soon it will be possible to pay by check and / or cash on delivery.

When entering your shipping information, be sure to add the correct house number and name on the intercom. Also add other details that may help the courier (staircase, interior, etc.).

Remember to keep the invoice that you find inside the package.

If you are unable to open the link to track the shipment with ……., Enter the tracking code received by email in the search bar of the website www… ..
After completing your order it will remain in processing for a maximum of two working days.
When your package is ready it will be shipped and you will receive a confirmation email. Click on “Track your order”.

Don’t worry if the tracking link is disabled or incorrect, it will activate within three working days and you will be able to view the delivery date.

Always check this link from which you can check delivery attempts that have already occurred and any courier problems in identifying your address.

We remind you that couriers do not deliver by appointment and there is no telephone contact.

Of course, also by accessing the “My orders” section you can view your package being delivered by clicking on “View order” and then on “Track the shipment online”.

For most orders starting from € ……. shipping is free.

Shipping times are 3-6 days.
When the package is shipped from our warehouses, you will receive a shipping confirmation email in which you will find a link to click and follow the delivery that takes place between 9.00 and 18.00, from Monday to Friday. Times may change depending on the area.
We advise you to check the link to be updated in real time on any possible variation.
Access the “My orders” section to check your shipment.
It is not possible to change the delivery method from standard to express. You can select the “express delivery” mode only at the time of the conclusion of the order and not later.

To proceed with the purchase you must be registered.

If you already have a VS account, simply click on “Log in” and enter the email address and password chosen at the time of registration.

Forgot your password? Click on “Forgot your password” and we will send you an email to create a new one.

If you are a new customer you will need to register.
Click on “I am a new customer” and enter your details, including name, surname, email address and create a password to access your account.
To complete the registration click on “Create an account” and complete the registration by entering other important data for the purchase, such as your address or telephone number.

1) After choosing the product, select “add to cart”.
2) Add other products in the same way or click on “proceed”.
3) Confirm your shipping address. Be careful to enter the name that the courier will find on the bell in the “additional information” section.
4) Choose the payment method you want to use.
5) At this point you will be directed to the final page with the summary of your data and the expected delivery date. If you have a discount code to use, enter it.
6) To complete the order click “buy”.

At this point you will receive a confirmation email to the address you registered on our site. If you do not see it, try checking the Spam folder. You can also check all the details relating to your order by accessing your account directly.
It is not possible to add more items when you have already completed the order. If you want, you can make another one.
After completing the order, it is not possible for us to change the shipping address.

On this page you can change your name and surname, password, email linked to your account and enter your mobile number.

When you enter your address it is possible that the system will tell you a correction, for example cross instead of street. If the address you entered is the right one, click on “Address you entered” and confirm.

If you want to change your addresses click on “Change address”.

By changing the address on the main page you will not automatically change the one of the orders already concluded but only the one for future orders.
